We usually see Dr Kay who has been great, although due to no appointments we booked in with another Dr at the clinic. My baby had cold symptoms and we went to get a check up. We asked if my baby can get tested for covid just in case . We were refused the test and the Dr insisted it wasn't covid and therefore a test wasn't necessary. 3 days later I've tested positive for covid using the RAT test at home, likely contracted it from my baby. The baby could have spread the covid to other people because we were refused the test. Luckily my dad who is immunocompromised didn't visit. I can't imagine the dire consequences if he had. Very infuriating.

What a wonderful loving person Dr Kay Li she is the best doctor that ever existed the way she goes beyond the call of duty for you is out of this world. My family have been going to her for awhile now and she has service that you never get anywhere! The most smartest person and loving person I have ever seen! I wish all doctors were like Dr Kay Li, what a doctor!!

I was shocked by the way I was treated this morning. Firstly, I am not informed by anyone when I booked the appointment or on the day of my treatment in August there is a out of pick fee. I didn’t receive any notification indicating that this consultation would be a incur fee(this clinic has been bulked bill for years). Secondly, based on my Medicare records, this treatment had already been registered as a billed bill item 2713 consultation. I don’t understand why two weeks after the treatment, I received a bill. Additionally, I attempted to contact via email twice, seeking for an explanation, but received no response. Lastly, I was shocked by the rudeness of the receptionist there. I have a preferred name, and most clinics support having both a preferred name and the name on Medicare records. So when I called, I used my preferred name. However, when the receptionist kept insisting very aggressively that I should use my real name and even educated me how to correct pronounce MY NAME after I spelled it out. At this point, I felt I was being treated rudely and discriminated against. One month later, I still experience shaking hands and fear every time I received automated messages from the clinic due to the rude tone and unusually high volume of the operator, which significantly impacted my mental well-being. The arrogant, unsympathetic attitude along with the unprofessional service left me feeling extremely dissatisfied.
